1Note 1 :- Removal of Existing componants of following MES Pattern furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S & F new componants of same pattern as per Drg in lieu of dismantled discorded componants including tighting the joints, Pinning, Screwing, welding, Gluing, Providing hinges, Placing every parts in - tact condition. 2:- Cleaning, Derusting of Stain/Dirt old polish with grinder machine or sand paper as required and as directed making the surface smooth filling the holes with putty where ever required and applying two coats of french polish for wooden items. 3:- Replaced/Change parts should be first finished seperately upto the level/extent so that the painting/polishing on whole items should be match and desired finish shall be obtained. 4:- The furniture items received from occupants/user units subsequently issue for necessory repair/maint and polishing to the contractor through nominal iisue voucher (NIV) mentioning the date of issue duly signed by the contractor. The contractor shall return these furniture articles after completion of nacessory repair work on or before 30 days from the date of issue and nominal receipt voucher shall be prepared duly signed by furniture I/C, BSO and contractor. 5:- Generally the periodicity for issue of furniture from BSO Yard shall be once or twice in a month (reckoning from date of commencement of work as per W.O No 1) subjected to the users requirment/availability of furniture for repair works. However repair furniture shall be issued not more than 20% of total qty of CA Provision in one month. 6:- Work will executed where the furniture items exist in different user units of BSO GE (South) Secunderabad including furniture yard of BSO (South) sub division.
2Chair Dining (Drawing No. FD - (16/203/228/270/279):- Dismantling of unserviceable Front legfrom Chair Dining and replacing the same by S & Fnew front leg made offirst class hard wood (teak), all the joints to be fixed with bamboo pins, Stainless Steel Wooden Screw as required. On compleion of repair the replacedmember to be French polished with 2 coats of French polish (after fillingthe cracks, joints & uneven surfaces with wax complete) to match with the original colour of the itemall as perdrawing, complete all as specified and as directed
