| 34 | Establishment of camp office Total monthly payment on account of setting up of camp office in each spread. The unit \"Month\" shall be treated as per month per camp office for payment. Note:- (1) The camp office(s) in different spreads shall be setup after issuance of specific notice,works AS DESCRIBED by EIC. (2) One camp office shall be set up in each spread.Each camp office shall have minimum 1 no.manpower for carrying out day-to-day activities. (3) The total monthly payment for keeping the camp operational with minimum required manpower, as per point (2) above, shall be paid on a lump-sum basis. (4) Merely keeping a camp will not entitle the contractor to claim monthly establishment charges. Monthly charges for keeping the camp operational shall be made after certification from E.I.C that camp with requisite manpower has actually been deployed for achieving the required progress as per schedule. No payment towards monthly charges for camp office shall be made if contractor fails to provide the required services to match with the desired progress as per EIC. The decision of Engineer-in- Charge for certifying the release/non- release of monthly establishment cost will be final and binding. |
