    Tender For Name Of Work: Day To Day Emergency Electrical Works Under Electrical Divsion-I, Bengalruru. Sh: Repairs To Faulty Starter Motor Of 500Kva Dg Set At Te Halasuru& Repairs To 1250Kva Dg Set Te Rt Nagar, 1) Repairing & Servicing of 24 volt self starter of 500kva DG SET i/c replacement of Commutator, Brush holder-1Set, carbon brush-1 set, bearing bush set of 3, rewinding of armature. field coil re tapping and varnishing , complete with testing as required. (After reconditioning the starter, perform a no-load test to confirm that the starter is okay to install on the machine.), 2) Arresting minor leak in fuel line and lube oil line replacing minor washers, bolts and nuts , commissioning DG set ets as required, 3) Repairing/Servicing of 1250KVA DG set Radiator ( Mitsibushi make) with soap and chemical solution High pressure wash, supplying and filling coolant - 20 ltrs, radiator wash -7.5 Lts, i/c dismantling thermostats in both the circuit and rectifying coolant water circuit , and assembling, Testing and commissioning etc as reqd.
