| 1 | Providing Consultancy Services for setting up of Modular Operation Theatre in New Emergency & Trauma Block at GMSH, Sector - 16, Chandigarh. The Consultant should be minimum degree holder and should have experience of consultancy of minimum 5 years. The consultant should have got done Consultancy for Modular Operation Theatre and provide completion certificates for the same.The work has to be designed with latest NABH Norms/ upto date amendments/ code. The consultant should have provided the consultancy for atleast one Multi Storey Hospital or Institute Building. The Scope of work is given as under:-(i)Complete Air Conditioning, Medical Gases scheme, Medical Gases Pandents, Fire Fighting electrical installation estimate including Analysis of rates of each item with latest supporting quotations and design statement (4 set) for Operation Theatres in Orthopedic & Gyania Department at GMSH, Sector-16, Chandigarh.(ii)Detailed drawings of Fire Fighting System, Air Conditioning, Medical Gases System, Medical Gases Pandents, Display Pannels, Electrical Installations, Laminar Flow, S.S Modular O.T., Controls, detail of ceiling, flooring and wall glazing & finishing etc as per requirement by the GMSH authorities, NABH Norms etc. - 4 Set (coloured)(iii)Details of Modular O.T. Machinery, Equipments, Locations, if required as per latest drawings & code to the entire satisfaction of GMSH Authorities/ EIC.(iv)Detail calculation of quantities of each items (4 Sets)(v)The drawings / scheme if required shall have to be redesigned in case of any amendement / observations made by the department of Chief Architect/ Chief Fire Officer/ Engineering Department or by the Client Department i.e. GMSH.(vi)Detailed calculation of all items/ equipments complete in all respects as per site requirement, as per latest NABH Norms to entire satisfaction of Hospital Authorities/ EIC.(vii)The consultant should provide thesoft copy of drawings to the department only the hard copy of drawings will be provided by the department as issued by Chief Architect U.T., Chandigarh. The department will notprovide any soft copy of the drawings and if required, the same shall have to be produced at his own end by the consultant.(viii)The consultant will have to get approved the scheme & drawings from Hospital Authorities, Department of Urban Planning & U.T Engineering Department and any discripencies shall have to be attended by him without any extra cost.(ix) The consutant may have to visit the sitenumber of times before the designing of the scheme and also inspect the work timely to check the specification and items during the execution of the work. Nothing extra on this account will be paid to him. |
