REPAIRING & ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) OF PRINTERS, SCANNERS, CARTRIDGE REFILLING, NETWORKING AND SOFTWARE OF ALL PRINTERS AND OTHER RELATED WORKS INSTALLED UNDER EUDD-VII (INCLUDING EUDSD-II & XIII), NOIDA OFFICE FOR THE PERIOD OF 01 YEAR (12 MONTHS) AS PER FOLLOWING:-Note :- Any payment shall not be paid extra by the department against any parts of AMC items in contract period.

Annual and emergency maintenance of operating system with installed application software included Java installation & configuration, DSC configuration, Printer Driver installation and sharing etc. on computer system.

Annual and emergency maintenance of Printer including replacement all parts and labour charge etc.

Annual and emergency maintenance of above printers (mention in s.no. 1.02) Cartridge including Drum, Blade, Chip etc. and Riffling of Cartridge with toner as and when required during the complete AMC. (all item provided by the contractor)

Providing of Paper Rim size A-4 (White colour) of best quality as per IS for daily office uses.

Providing of new cartridge 12 A / 78 A / 88 A / 101 A as per per requirement.

Office Network Work included cable.

Providing of Seagate/WD or Equivalent 240 GB SSD Hard Disk for time to time office data storage of best quality as per IS.

Providing and Installation of Quick Heal Total Security or equivlent Anti-Virus for security of Desktop Computer System of 01 year as per requirement any time in AMC period.
