Hire And Labour Charges For Erection Of Pandel For Distribution Centre And Receiving Center And Strong Room Works In The Premises Of Hooghly Mohsin College, In The Distrct Of Hooghly In Connection With The Parliament General Election 2024.- 1 Hire and labour Charges for erection of Pandel for Distribution Centre and Receiving Center and Strong Room works in the Premises of Hooghly Mohsin College, in the Distrct of Hooghly in connection with the Parliament General Election 2024. 2 Hire and labour charges for erecting thick canvas set with strong bamboo frames and Eucalyptus posts with roof covering with strong bamboo / posts of 10 cm. dia (the measurement of diameter will be taken one third of the total length of the bullah) and height varies from 4.00 meter to 7.00 meter, by digging holes in all sort of soil or concrete surface. The each post should be tie with and rafter, Ridge of 10 cm. dia strong bamboo frame. The Rafter also ties with Purlin of 7.5 cm. dia bamboo frame. The roof covering tarpaulin sheet (both fire proof & water proof) should be concealed with bamboo frame @ 3.00 meter apart in both way. The framing including the post should be stayed and braced to the satisfaction of the engineer-In-Charge for properly supporting the structure. The joints of the each member should be tightening strongly with coir ropes and boring of holes for post in any soil or concrete surface, packing sides with brick bats / stone metal. The periphery of the canvas set should be barricaded with earthen bundh of 250 cm. wide and 200 cm. depth including cost and carriage of all materials and labour complete. After removing the canvas set, restoration to the damage of the ground to its original condition as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The ceiling height of the canvas set should be constructed so that ceiling fan and Tube light should be installed at any place of the covered area. The partition wall should be covered with decorative multi color glazed clean.(Colour should be as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge) 16 Supplying on hire Plastic/Fibre chairs/tables during function and arranging those properly on ground as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and material complete. Each row of vertical post should be placed @ 3.00 meter centre to centre from each face having their ties with 10 cm. dia. bamboo post including fitting fixing corners, vertical, Horizontal strut with iron nall not less than 20 cm. long or tying with 16 SWG Galvanised wire or tightening strongly with coir ropes. The height of the frame work should be maintained so that the fan and light installed in the open space of the counting hall. 45 Hire and Labour charges for wire netting of Square or hexagonal mesh of 37.5 mm. size made with 18 BWG Galvanished wire or Wove wire checken mesh of 37.5 mm. Square or hexagonal size or IRC fabric mesh 75mm X 50mm X 2.7 mm X 2.7mm., fitted fixed complete as per design including supporting frame work. 46 Hire and labour charges for 75 mm. dia. 3(three) Rows bamboo railing with 100 mm. dia Bamboo post @ 1.50 meter apart, tightening strongly with coir rope including cost of all materials and labour complete at Strong Room & Road side 47 Supplying on hire basis different quality chairs / Table during the function and arranging those properly on different venues as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the function including cost of all labour and materials complete. 48 (i) Plastic/Fibre (Armless) chair 49 (ii) Plastic Table – 750MM X 1000MM. 50 Hire and labour charges for providing DROP GATE with 15 cm. dia Salbullah of length not less than 8.00 meter including hoisting and fitting, fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical posts (100 mm dia 2 nos. on each flank embedded 750 mm below G.L.) & providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron block at the fulcrum end including painting two coats in alternate band, providing “STOP” plate, jute rope necessary length etc. complete including dismantling & removing as per direction of the Engineer-In-Chage. 51 Hire & labour charges for erecting temporary tarpaulin shed with supporting frame work for R.T. set , Checking rooms for ladies etc. 52 Hire & labour charges for erecting partition wall with canvas set including supporting frame work. 53 Hire & labour charges for fencing the out side boundary with corrugated sheet/G.I. sheet 1.20 mtr height with supporting frame work. 54 Hire & labour charges for shifting of high & low bench (set) from class room to roof and replacing the same after completion of election. 55 Hiring of Tarpaulin for covering benches & others. 56 Supply, fitting & fixing of Flex in different venue including carriage loading unloading 57 Supply, fitting & fixing of Sticker in different venue including carriage loading unloading
