General Notes:1) The make/model/brand for all the BOQ items shall be as per suggestive makes of Annexure-B of Section-VII of the tender document. These makes are merely for guidance and bidders can prefer any other make which is meeting technical specifications given under Section-V and Schedule of Quantities of Tender document and shall confirm to the relevant BIS codes and other relevant codes. However, the bidder may suggest any equivalent make/ model/brand meeting technical parameters on or before pre-bid conference for approval of BARC(V).2) The Scope of works which are not included in any specific items but indicated in the document \"General Scope of all works\" shall be within the scope of overall contract works. The cost of work/item/material indicated in this document shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of all individual items. 3) The quoted rates shall include necessary royalties, seigneiorage charges,etc. and all other charges to supply all the required construction materials.4) For all standards and code of practices, specifications, like Indian Standard, MORT&H, ASTM, etc. refer onlylatest revisionsincluding all applicable amendments, revisions and additional publications (during contract period) and these have to be followed. 5)Prior approval for source of all construction materials by submission ofrelavent test certificates, documents, invoices etc. have to be taken from BARC.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board flat pressed 3 layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS 12823 Grade-I, Type - II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P Brass / Stainless steel crews etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing frosted glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles 175 mm long Inner grip 125 mm with 12 mm dia rod plate type BOW handles ISI marked of approved make, anodised transparent or dyed to req. colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing single point lock cum handle for aluminium openable windows / top hung shutters as per cat No. SPL002 Right of GEETAVIN make or approved equivalent quality and make complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of 38mm width and 3mm thick Aluminium track with roller wheels for sliding door.
