Sl. No.	Item Description
1	Bidder to furnish Unit rate of Addition/Deletion of items in sheet A3 as per Sr.No. 6 of MR. These rates shall not be considered for Evaluation purpose.
2	Quoted price shall be inclusive of prices for raw materials sourced outside India and to be incorporated in the finished product sourced from India - Bidder shall furnish the break-up of built-in CIF value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of custom duty etc. in attached Sheet "A1-CIF".
3	Quotation for 2 years O&M Spares shall be furnished in attached sheets A2 format i.e. "Format A2" . These rates shall not be considered for Price evaluation.
4	In case of any discrepancy in the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty. specified in this Price Schedule vis-à-vis the corresponding details in MR, the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty.specified in MR shall prevail.
5	The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the enclosed MR.
6	As stated elsewhere in tender, bidder is required to quote all components of Price schedule. In case, it is found that some of components of Price Schedule viz. Freight, Ocean/Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, etc. are left blank or quoted “Nil / Zero” in Price Bid, the same shall be considered inclusive in total quoted price for evaluation and ordering. No confirmation from the bidder shall be sought in this regard
7	Quoted prices for Site work should be minimum 7.5%of Total cost (Supply+Mandatory Spares) respectively.In case Bidder quotes prices less than the specified percentage for Site work, the differential amount shall be withheld and paid against completion of site work respectively.
8	Total 15 mandays shall be considered for evaluation for Training at Site.
9	i) Bidders must submit this preamble with their bid with both unpriced & priced offer. ii) Bidders are mandatorily required to enter their name in the each page of excel file / pdf file of Price Schedule provided in the e-tender portal for submission of Unpriced & price bid
