18Machine cut kota stone slab, (size shall in one length), 18-20mm thick, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including laid over screed bed or back plastering layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

46Dismantling of old/ damaged existing roof treatment with concrete and cleaning all waste and dirt by wire mesh, picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and removal of all material out side the cant area and Applying one coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned surfaces of roof, evenly, and screed bed/rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight in cement, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including Water proofing treatment on roof top with APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, 2.0mm thick, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film, laid over one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm and one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane and applying two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 47Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
48Point wiring (in new concealed conduits to surfaces), modular type for one light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one switch with 1.50 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts, using colour coding, drawn in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit,fire resistance, ISI marked, 20mm dia including all accessories concealed by chasing/ cutting grooves in the surface of walls/ floors/ ceilings and making good the disturbed surface matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, with and including modular boxes, modular cover plates of module and colour as directed and including FRLS PVC green insulated unsheathed 1.50 Sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI wire of size 4 mm dia with protection pipe of 15mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates reduced by (-20)%.
