    Tender For Complete Overhauling And Testing Health Check Up Of 400 Kv Pneumatic Type Circuit Breaker Installed At 400 Kv Sub Station Moradabad-Overhauling of pneumatic mechanism assembly of 400 KV SF – 6 Circuit breaker of 500 MVAICT-I at 400 KV Sub-Station, Moradabad.In all three Poles mechanism assembly.-Dismantling of control valve assembly along with copper band pipe from breaker, -Complete dismantlingof Control Valve assembly by cleaning of its parts by cleaning agent, replacementof control valve, O-Ring P 80,Cap seal assembly, C&D roller & refittingthe control valve with its proper adjustment.-Dismantling of main closing spring, cleaning of piston drum, checking of shock absorber lubrication.-Dismantling of close/trip coil assembly, clean its plunger, lubricant and adjustment of its air gap.-Dismantling of horizontal rod, pins and its linkage cleaning & lubrication.-Checking of all air pipe lines and accessories. -Replacement of all O-ringP 8 from pipeline and replacementof NRV safety valve if required. -Checkingand tightening of all electrical connection in the marshelling box. -Refixing of pneumatic mechanism assembly with proper adjustment.-Checking Satisfactory close/trip operation of the breaker both by local and remote.Determine Operating times of following Operation-ClosingOpening Operations.Contact Timing, Contact resistance.Pole Discrepancy time operation.Note- For the above work all the T&P Items, man & Consumable Material, Crane (If required) are to be Provided by the Contractor. After Completion of overhauling work of C.B. the service engineer is provide warranty of any leakage for next one year. And also provide C.B. time testing report at the contractor letter head.Circuit Breaker Analyzer Kit Shall be Provided by Contractor
