Installation And Commissioning Of New 145 Kv Circuit Breaker Installed At 132 Kv Capacitor Bank In Switchyard Of 220 Kv Badaun Substation. Note: This Work Will Be Completed After Modification / Construction Of Foundation By Civil Wing. ( I ) Erection Of New 145 Kv Circuit Breaker With Its Structure In Place Of Old 145 Kv Circuit Breaker On Modified Foundation With The Help Of Skilled Labour, Hydra / Crane Etc To Be Arranged By The Contractor 12 ( Ii ) Jumpering Work Of New Circuit Breaker By Acsr Panther Conductor Including Fixing And Tightening Of Circuit Breaker Clamp With All Associated Work ( Total 06 Nos. No : 456-ESDC-II/U/EFU Allotment Dt 27.06.2023, and 840-ESDC-II/U/EFU Allotment Dt 23.12.2023 .(i) Sorting, counting, weighing and loading of Galvanized substation structures as per BOM at EFU Naini, Prayagraj including cost of all labour, T&P, hydra etc for proper completion of work. (BBL : 03 Nos with approx 500.96 kg for each set, BCT : 03 Nos with approx 179.26 kg for each set,CGR : 01 Nos with approx 304.76 kg for each set, ALP : 09 Nos with approx 121.00 kg for each set, ABL : 04 Nos with approx 341.00 kg for each set)
7	(ii) Safe transportation of Galvanized substation structures by private truck arranged by the contractor from EFU, Naini, Prayagraj to 220 Kv Badaun Substation and 132 kV Aonla Substation(Approximate Distance : 550 Km)(Not more than 9 MT on 1 No truck, 1 job per truck) including all Toll charges incurred during the journey
8	(iii) Unloading of Galvanized substation structures from the truck , sorting, weighing and proper stacking in the store as per BOM at 220 Kv Badaun Substation including cost of all labour, T&P, hydra etc.(BBL : 03 Nos with approx 500.96 kg for each set, BCT : 03 Nos with approx 179.26 kg for each set)
9	(iv) Unloading of Galvanized substation structures from the truck , sorting, weighing and proper stacking in the store as per BOM at 132 kV Aonla Substation including cost of all labour, T&P, hydra etc(CGR : 01 Nos with approx 304.76 kg for each set, ALP : 09 Nos with approx 121.00 kg for each set, ABL : 04 Nos with approx 341.00 kg for each set).

Dismantling of old & defective 145 Kv Circuit Breakerinstalled at 132 Kv Capacitor Bank in switchyard of 220 Kv Badaun Substation (i) Dismantling of old & defective 145 Kv Circuit Breaker by cutting its earthing, opening of jumpers, opening of cable termination including shifting of of dismantled material from from site to outside the open store with all men, materials, T&P like grinding/cutting machine etc to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost
11	3. Installation and commissioning of new 145 Kv Circuit Breaker installed at 132 Kv Capacitor Bank in switchyard of 220 Kv Badaun Substation. Note: This work will be completed after modification/construction of foundation by Civil wing.(i) Erection of new 145 Kv Circuit Breaker with its structure in place of old 145 Kv Circuit Breaker on modified foundation with the help of skilled labour, hydra/crane etc to be arranged by the contractor
12	(ii) Jumpering work of new Circuit Breaker by ACSR Panther Conductor including fixing and tightening of Circuit Breaker clamp with all associated work (Total 06 nos. of jumper)
13	(iii) Earthing of new Circuit Breaker by 75X10/50X6 mm MS Flat with all associated works
14	(iv) Laying of any size control cable(2CX2.5 sqmm/ 4CX2.5 sq mm/ 6CX2.5 sq mm) in cable trenches from control and relay panel in control room to various equipments, junction boxes etc in switchyard as per cable schedule including shifting cable in drums from storage place at the substation to erection site and shifting back the balance cables to stores at the substation
15	(v) Termination of various sizes control cables already laid/ newly laid for 145 Kv Circuit Breaker at Circuit Breaker end, C&R panel end including extension of DC supply from DCDB , AC supply from ACDB to control panels and equpments including drilling of holes, providing and fixing of cable glands, ferrules and crimping type lugs, testing and commissioning of this newly installed Circuit Breaker in presence of commissioning engineer and T&C team etc.
