33.Chipping and removing the existing damaged rich mix Plain cement concrete flooring as existing at site of work and wherever required to the required level, size and shape without damaging the nearby structures including collecting and depositing the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified andas directed at site of work, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, plants, fuel etc., complete.

66.Supplying and fixing of Non Asbestos cement corrugated roofing sheets of 6mm thick with natural grey colour conforming to IS 14871-2000, Type A, Category C, Class 7 for roofing over the existing concrete purlins / rafters and fixing in position withGI L / J hook,bolt & nuts of 8mm dia (galvanised coating of 70 to 80 Microns)with GI plain & EPDM washers etc., including mitering corners and lapping at sides and ends of sheets to suit existing purlin / rafter etc., including inserting the sheet in the wall to required depth wherever required without damaging the existing structure all as per relevant specification and to match with the existing site conditions and as directed at site of work including all labour,materials,tools, tackles, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete. Note:(i).The tenderer is advised to inspect the site before quoting the rates. (ii)The length of GI J/L hook shall be such that hooks are bent to cover the depth of the existing Concrete purlins as shown in the drawing. (iii)The top of J/L bolt and nuts shall be sealed with weather proof silicane sealant (Black). iv)The roof sheets shall be lapped with turbo ventilators and sky light roofing sheets properly without any leakage.

Supplying and fixing of serrated adjustable Non Asbestos cement corrugated ridges in pairs to suit the Non Asbestos cement corrugated roofing sheets of 6mm thick fixing in proper positionwith GI J / L Hook, bolts & nuts of 8mm dia (galvanised coating of 70 to 80 Microns) with GI plain & EPDM washers etc., without damaging the nearby roof sheets wherever required all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials,tools, tackles, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, safety ladder, safetybelts, safety helmets, safetynetsetc., complete. 2018.Providing and laying Grano flooring concrete in plain cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 (1Cement: 1½ crushed stone sand : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) to the levels and falls to a finished consolidated thickness of 50mm or as directed over a fresh layer of flooring concrete and finishing with the neat cement punning (2.2 kg/m2) including mixing, transporting, placing, curing, etc., all as per relevant, specifications, and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, plants, equipment, fuel, thread lines of panel size of 2m x 2m etc., complete.
2119.Supplying, fabricating and placing in positionHYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for RCC louvered jally andwherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2.The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade "A" conforming to IS 1834 – 1984 (or its latest edition) for wall expansion joints,including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work. including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, scaffolding etc., complete.
2321.Supplying and fixing Gear type operated (Mechanical type) Mild steelRolling Shutterwith crank handle including necessary locking arrangements of approved make to suit the opening of various size as available at site of work and the guide deep channels made out of rolled M.S Section of size 25mm wide 75mm depth and 3.15mm thick of sheetwith necessary holding clamps for fixingto the masonry or concrete jambs and lock plate made out of 3.15mm thick M.S.plate reinforced with M.S. angle of 35mm X 35mm X5mm with two sliding locks at either endoperatable from both sides with minimum of two handles and riveted to the last stride of the curtain and the curtain shall be with 1.20mm thickness lath sections and ends clipped with 2 rivets and with 75mm rolling centers or as specified and the roller shall also be strengthened with cage type roller and ball bearings. The roller shall be made of steel pipe conforming to heavy duty of IS 1161 fitted with a pinion wheel at one end which is in contact with a worm fitted to the bracket plate. The machine cut gears, worms shall be connected with 25mm thick gear rod and the shutter will be operated through a gear handle and a sturdy gear box and the hood cover made out of 1.20mm thick M.S.sheet bend in the form of hexogen or square fitting the contact of the bracket plate and screwed to the holding with welded in the bracket plate the edges will be reinforced with 25mm X 25mm X 3mm angle / collapsible gate channel including making good the disturbed portion all in sound working conditions and as directed at site of work including applying one coat of red oxide primer including all labour, materials, scaffolding, welding, tools, equipments, transport fuel etc., complete. Note: For recording measurements the width shall be measured as the outer distance between the backs of the two guide channels of the rolling shutter and the height shall be distance between the sill and the centre of the hood cover.
2422. Providing and fixing of rigid unplasticized PVC pipes of 110mm outer dia (Finolex or Trubore or Varun or Supreme) 4kgf/sq.cm. for Rain water down take lines including necessary specials like bends, tees, elbows, shoes etc., joining the pipes to the Galvaume sheet gutters using necessary adhesives and sealants to ensure leak free joints, and fixing with PVC clamps and making connections to, existing drain etc., and making good the disturbed portions all as per relevant specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety nets etc., complete.
2523. Removing the existing pealed off surfaces ofwhite / colour wash(Through scraping of wall) etc., to receive new finish including preparing thewallsurfaces for applying colour washto give an even shade all as directed at site of work including all labour, scaffolding,tools, equipments, wire brushes, safety ladder, safetybelts, safety helmets, etc. complete.
2624.a).Preparing the surfaces of interior and exterior wall and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat ofwhite wash using lovely cem or equivalent of approved brand to give an even shade all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including binding materials, all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, safety ladder , safetybelts, safety helmets, etc., complete.
2724. b). 3128.Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of M.S flat 50mmx8mm or nearest sizefor providingBrackets at 1m C/C to hold eaves gutter made up of galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick to collect the rain water from the roof including fixing the brackets to the existing purlins using S.S.Bolt, nuts and clamps and after applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of zinc chromate metal primer,all as per drawing and as directed at site of work, including all labour, material, scaffolding, transporting, tools, welding plants, gas cutting plants, equipments, fuel, safety ladder, safety belts, safety helmets, safety netsetc., complete. The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in ChPA’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of earth transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical contents. However, the final quantity will be restricted for item no 27 of BoQ 3.20% voids shall be deducted for earth.
