All Jionts of pipe should be cut by CNC laser cutting and robotic welded, with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zink primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Foothold shall be madeup of steel 4.00 mm thick / Nylon 4.00mm thick, with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and welded/ attached to main structure for vandalism proof design and long life. Bearing No 6205 and 6004 used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self-lubricated made by reputed company. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movement. All open ends of pipe to be closed by steel /LLDPE caps for user safety. The Wquipmentmust have confirm the quality standerds such as DIN 79000 and EN 16630 the eqipment must have TUV certificate in the manufacturing process. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 with J-bolts and when concrete is set , fixing the eqipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover.
