| 1 | Ash Excavation and Loading :- Excavation and loading of ash from ash dyke in vechicle, including construction and maintanence of temporary roads on ash dyke, by mechanical means including prevention of fugitive emission of area complete including all leads and lifts, all other incidental charges such as water sprinkling, cost of labour, equipment and material etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge and guidelines of MoEF&CC/MPPCB for ash handling. (Note:- In case ash is proivded from ash silo by MPPGCL, no payment towards this item will be made.) |
| 2 | Transportation and Unloading :- Transportation of ash from ash dyke in closed/covered container or any other methods to prevent air pollution during transportation from ash pond to abandoned mine/area at at Kuwanri Stone minesin Down stream side of Ash Dyke-IIincluding unloading, watering if required during unloading of ash through sprinklers or other means to prevent fugitive emission of ash. All works are to be carried out as per norms of MOEF, MP Pollution control Board and GoMP. Quoted rates must be inclusive of cost of labour, equipment and material etc. required to complete the work in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Total lead of 3 KM. |
| 3 | Spreading levelling the dumpedash in wet/dry condetion with mechanical/mannual meann including, watering compaction to desity not less than 95% of MDD including cost of machinary T&P, labours , safety appliences etc complete as per direction of Engineeri-in -charge. |
| 4 | Earth cover :- Providing and supplying of sweet soil consisting of sandy loam from approved external borrows areas and /or useful stacked material obtained from stripping. The soil should be free of admixture of stiff clay, refuse, stumps, roots, rock, bushes, weeds or any other material which would be detrimental to the proper development of vegetation growth. The earth cover material shall not contain stone of size 25 mm and over. The loamy top soil shall be of healthy for crops, grass or other plant growth, that is of good quality and reasonably free draining. Earthwork shall be done in layers of300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour and dressing, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting to achieve maximum in–situ dry density 95% of MDD at OMC of the material found out as per IS 2720 (Part VII) using suitable machinary, such as, sheep foot roller/vibratory compactors, all leads and lift etc. complete as per tender specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per relevant guide lines of MoEF&CC/ MPPCB for ash filling in low lying area. |
| 5 | Excavation in all kind of soft/loose/ hard/dense soils, moorum & moorum mixed with boulders and mud by mechanical/mannual mean including loading in tippers, cutting accordingg to required grade and profile, and transporting the same upto desire location with are lifts & lead upto 1 Km. dressing. Sorting the vegetations etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in - charge. |
| 6 | Excavation in ordinary/soft by mechanical/mannual mean as per desire profile and disposal of exvavated material with lead of 200 m etc complete. |
