Outgoing LBS Panels at Adyar substation under AGE(I) Navy CHENNAIand floor-mounted Bus PTs for each bus section, confirming to IEC 62271-200, Internal Arc Classified IAC AFLR – 26.3kA for 1sec, Accessibility Class LSC2B-PM Class, comprising of 400 Amp, continuous rated Copperbusbars and droppers in all bus / breaker/ adaptor and and cable chambers, The busbars to be covered with insulating material, The earthing busbar is made of electrolytic copper and it runs longitudinally throughout the switchgear Encapsulated feeder connections IS3427 and IS12729. with 02nos. . Rack-In-Rack-Out Handles, structure made from AluZinc/GI sheets to prevent corrosion and rusting.The complete panel incl. HT and LT chamber with FRLS wiring and acessoriesshall be manufactured by approved OEM at its own mancufacturing in house facility, and same will be verified via stage/final inspection. system house integrator / channel partner products are not accepted.The panel shall consist of following OEM / Makes: ABB/crompton Note: 1. The work will be carried outthrough OEM (Original manufacturer) or through their nearest authorised/accredited agency service personel only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth certificate before execution of work.
3Supply and replacement of11kV,400 Amp, 26.3kA/3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of exitingmake as of circuit breaker and panel, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (24VDC) complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
4Supply and replacementCurrent Transformers 11kV, 400/200/5A Core1: Class 5P10, 5VA, Core2: Class 0.5, 5VA, Remote HMI, Digital electronic governor with temperture coCore3: Class PS-X - Set of 03 No per breaker complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
5Supply and replacement Potential Transformers, Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 11kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - complete set per breaker complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
6Supply and replacement Main Protection Relay shall be numerical IED Relay confirming to IEC60255, having 04CT+05PT Inputs with microprocessor based protection scheme for tripping the breaker on various faults like (a) Directional over-current or earth-fault in any of the three phases, (b) Synchronism and Energizing Check before breaker closing to prevent un-syncronized mixing of supplies (c) circuit-breaker-failure alarm, (d) interpanel tripping/blocking signals via GOOSE based peer-to-peer communication, on IEC61850 protocol. (e) Integrted arc flash protection with current and light sensing The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over RJ-45/USB/FO port, and fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. various status, Line-Current, Line-Voltage, Breaker On/Off/Spring.Chrgd, Trip Circuit Failure (from TCS relay), AC Supply Fail, PT Fuse failure relay, Local-Remote etc. and display locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen with mimic as a Single-Line-Diagram with power & frequency measurements and suitably labelled status LEDs. Relay setting should be possible through inbuilt software or through addtional software supplied with life time software support by the relay manufacturer.
7Repair /replacement of Metering Equipment including:- (a) 01 x Digital Voltmeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), 01 x Digital Ammeter (Acc.Cl.0.5), (b) 01no. Multi-Function-Meter (Acc.Cl.0.5) shall be provided with LCD display for measuring current, voltage, power, power-factor and energy-parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Max. Demand Indication, same shall be communicable on ModBus via RS485 port. complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
8Repair /replacement of LED Indications :- (a) Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, (b) R-Y-B, (c) DC Available LED with push-button (d) AC Supply Fail (e) Trip Circuit Healthy complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
9Repair/replacement of Window Annunciator with Hooter to indicate following alarms :- (a) OC Trip, (b) EF Trip (c) Trip Circuit Failure, (d) Inter-Tripping Fault, (e) Synchro-Check. (f) PT Fuse Failure The Annunciator will be complete with required Acknowledge/Test buttons as required complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
10Repair/replacement of Control Equipment incl. :- (a) 01 x TNC Switch, (b) 01 x Local/Remote Switch, (c) 01 x Emergency Trip Push Button, (d) MCBs for AC (e) MCBs for DC (f) Heater Switch with Thermostat - 03no. (g) 3-pin socket with ON/OFF switch - 03no. (h) LED Lamp with ON/OFF switch - 03no. complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
11Repair/replacement/calibaratingFlush mounted Auxillary Protection Relays incl:- (a) Trip Circuit Supervision Relay, (b) Master trip Relay, (c) PT Fuse failure relay. (d) DC Supervision Scheme complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
12Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type , joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured , Al conductor cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
13Supply laying, testing and commisioning (HT cable in existing duct or fixed with pole structure) cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as directed and specified by Engineer -in- Charge.
14Supply, installation & commissioning and testing in replacement of SHF/VRLABattery, Battery chargepanel comprising 12 Nos. 2 Volts 100 AH tubular Maintance free Lead Acid cell, self contained floor mounted sheet steel cabinet with two tiers for housing the batteries. The charging equipment will be operated from 240Volt +/- 10%, 50 c/s supply. with heavy duty copper wound transformer, Mosfet rectifiers, electronic cards microprocessor based. The cabinet should be complete and internally wired auto/mannual switch. The charger unit should house, resistance control DC ammeter , Voltmeter and fuses, AC supply failure alarm. Complete accessories required for commissioning is included in the scope of work. DC distribution board comprising of 63 Amps DPMCB as incomer and 2 nos of 15 A DP MCB as O/G Battery Charger with batteries Automatic Float cum Boost charger of 16 A to give 24 V DC output at 100 Ah capacity Make: AmarRaja/ Exide /HBL/ AMCO Note: Rate quoted incldes the cost of 3 core 6Sqmm copper cable run trough 25mm rigid conduit with acessoriesfrom DB/ power socket to charger not exceeding 15 mts length and 2 core 2.5 sqmm copper cable run through 20mm rigid conduit withacessoriesper circuit of the DC distrubution panel of charger to 11KV VCB panel DC thimbiles/connectors/ MCBs not exceeding 25 mtr length per circuit
15Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.24- Rs. 15,800.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
