Contractor shall makenecessary arrangementto attend complaint within 24 hrs failing which penalty @ Rs 1000/ day will be recoverd from contractor for not attending complaint within stipulated time frame. (ii) Cost of any minor nature of repair, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electric cable upto 0.50 metre length etc is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Any other major items/repairrequired for rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. |
