    Supply Installation And Commissioning Of Phaco Machine , Cost Of Core Equipment ( Inr / Usd / Euro ) Including Supply, Installation And Commissioning As Required In The Technical Specification With 3 Year Warranty , Commissioning Of Indian Agents , Cmc 1St Yr. , Cmc 2Nd Yr. , Cmc 3Rd Yr. , Cmc 4Thyr. , Cmc 5Th Yr. , Cost Of Accessory , Note :- I. The Basic Price Of The Goods To Be Quoted Without Igst And Custom Duty. Ii. The Cmc Should Be Quoted Year Wise Without Gst. Iii. Cmc Rate Shall Be Included For Determining L-1 Bidder. Iv. Gst Shall Be Payable As Applicable From Time To Time. V. Charges Towards Packing & Forwarding, Inland Transportation, Insurance ( Local Transportation And Storage ) Would Be Borne By The Supplier From Warehouse To The Consignee Site, Loading / Unloading And Other Local Costs Incidental To Delivery Of The Goods To Their Final Destination As Per Section I ( H.P ) Shall Also Be Borne By The Supplier. Vi. The Price Should Be Inclusive Of Supply, Installation And Commissioning Charges. Vii. L-1 Will Be Determined On Total Basic Price Of The Equipment + Total Cmc ( Year Wise Excluding Igst ) +Commission Of Indian Agent ( If Any ) +Cost Of Accessory, Excluding Gst / Custom Duty Quoted For All The Items / Consignee As Mentioned In Section-I. It Is Certified That The Cost Of Goods Shown Above, Is All Inclusive Except Gst And Custom Duty.
