(iii) In case of any damage caused due to negligence of contractor, the same shall be rectified by Contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (iv) Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of cost of any T & P, equipments, safety devices etc required to execute the work to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
