A register of complaints duly signed by all concerned shall be maintained by the contractor and submitted when demanded by the Accepting Officer.If the complaints are not rectified within a reasonable time as decided by Accepting Officer, a sum of Rs 500/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.The Accepting Officer"s decision in this regard shall be final and binding. (iii) In case of any damage caused due to negligence of contractor, the same shall be rectified by Contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (iv) Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of cost of any T & P, equipments, safety devices etc required to execute the work to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
