Tender For Annual Stage Contract For Maintenance, Loading, Unloading And Stacking Of Various Store Items At Divisional Store Makhdoom Sahib Srinagar For The Year 2024-25-- 1 Clearing jungle including of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees & saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at hight of 1m above ground level & removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Clearing snow (without frost) from Roads manually 3 Snow depth up to 150mm 4 Snow depth over 150mm but up to 250mm 5 Clearing snow (with frost) from roads, manually using picks and shovels, snow depth up to 150mm 6 Providing of day to day items for cleaning and maintaining of divisional store office. 7 Long handle sweeping brooms 8 Short handle sweeping brooms 9 Wipers (dry/wet) folded with long/medium handle 10 Dust bins 151tr and lower with lid 11 Dust bins 151tr and above with lid 12 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(two or more coats) and of required shade on new work. over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade. 13 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats of old work. 14 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 15 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture of required colour to give an even shade,one or more coats on old work. 16 Carriage of Cement, stone blocks, G.l.
