Top of plinth is to be L.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2Nos. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. Cement, concrete material, bricks used in plinth shall be supplied by the contractor. 6” stone grit is to be laid before foundation start for whole plinth. Only Rail pieces shall be Provided by Department . Other material shall be provided by the contractor. |
