    Work Replacement Of Gasket For Attending The Oil Leakage Of 160 Mva Transformer-I ( Emco Make ) At 220 Kv Substation Sultanpur Under 400 Kv Substation Division Sultanpur- 1 Carriage Of 02 Nos. 20 Kl Oil Tank From 400 Kv Sub-Station Sultanpur Including Carefully Loading At 400 Kv Sub-Station Sultanpur And Unloading At 220 Kv Substation Sultanpur. 2 Drain Out Of Transformer Oil Up To Oltc Tank Level From 160 Mva Transformer Main Tank Into Oil Tanker Including Opening Of Valve And Filling In Empty Oil Tank And Stacking At Proper Place. 3 Replacement Of Old And Damaged Gasket Of 160 Mva T / F With Good Quality Rubberized Cork Sheet Kotika / Telbroze / Ne Cork Make. The Detail Of Corresponding Work Is As Follow- 4 Providing And Making Of Gasket Of Inspection Cover. 5 Providing And Making Of Oltc Diverter Switch Plate Gasket . 6 Providing And Making Of Gasket For Oltc Tank. 7 Overhauling Of Diverter Switch, Removal Of The Diverter Switch From Chamber, Cleaning By Hot Oil, Removal Of The Dirty Oil And Proper Cleaning And Fixing In Original Shape. 8 Re-Centrifuging Of T / F Oil Already Filled In Oil Tanker Taking The Ir / Bdv Value Of T / F Oil At An Interval Of 6 Hrs. As Per Norms Of T / F Manufacturer. After Achieving The Desired Value, Top-Up The Centrifuged T / F At Required Level ( Machine Shall Be Provided By The Contractor ) ( Approx 48 Kl ) .
