7	Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-I@ 4Kg/10 Sqm, complete all as apecified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.
8	Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content using paving bitumen VG-10 by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with roller of 8 to 12 ton to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 6% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out to be less than 6% than minimum binder content of 6% given here in above shall be provided.
9	Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10	Preparation of new plastered or concrete surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11	Preparation of new / old road surfaces and applying reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White or golden yellow) of minimum 2.50 mm thick (conforming to BIS-3262), single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking n exc 10 cm wide using "HOT MARK" by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler as specified in table 803.4of MORTH specification,thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as specified in (intermix) type-I, MOST/BS 6088Aand road marking shall done as per provisions contained in IRC-35-1997, complete allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12	75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, paving and surface finished even and rough to receive floor toping, complete all as specified and as directed.

16	Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 , complete allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17	LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with protection IP65/66 ingress protection, complete allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18	Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2x1.5 sq. mm + 1x1.5 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheated (red for phase, black for neutral and green for earth wire ) of grade 1100 volt cable in PVC conduit, complete allas specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of connection from junction box to street light should be included in it. (ii) Two run of 1.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm of cable shall be measured as 1 Running Metre.
19	Supply, transpoting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 401 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with cast iron/mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation & around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 meter and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surface with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and making five Nos alternative white and black strip 30 cm height each upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint and numbering of pole complete with painting of embeded portion of pole with two coats of bituminous paint complete all as specifed. Notes :- (i)Cost of painting & numbering of poles i.e. making five No. alternative white & black strips 30 cm height each (upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping & numbering to the poles with synthetic enamel paint etc shall be deemed to be included in the rates of above items.(ii) Earthwork PCC foundation & coping shall be included in over all cost quoted.

The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 (flame retardant and self-extinguishing).
