Note :- We, the undersigned, offer to bid for lease of the above specified land for providing way side amenities in accordance with your bid.Our financial proposal as given below shall be binding upon us upto expiration of the validity period of the proposal i.e. 180 days from bid duedate.Bid amount towards yearly lease amount offered by us (in addition to Revenue Share) is mentioned in the below table for developing, operating and maintaining the facility on the list of land parcels as specified in Schedule-I in addition to share of revenue.
