Bidder To Note That The Evaluation And Ordering Shall Be Done On Bottom-Line Lowest Evaluated Price ( L-1 ) Basis And In Case Bidder Does Not Quote Or Quotes Zero For Any Item ( S ) In A Group ( S ) Then Bidder Shall Not Be Considered For Evaluation And Ordering Of That Particular Group. Unit Rate ( S ) Quoted Against Each Item ( S ) In Boq Shall Be Considered As Unit Rates Of Item ( S ) For Addition / Deletion Purpose, As Per Mr. , Bidder To List Along With Quotation For Two Years Operation And Maintenance Spares, As Per Vendor Recommendation. Separate List Shall Be Provided By The Bidder For Each Item / Group In The Format Enclosed Herewith With Itemized Cost. Ordering Of These Spares May Be Done By The Purchaser Separately On A Later Date And Not Along With Main Equipment. The Price Of Two Years Operation And Maintenance Spares Shall Not Be Considered For Commercial ( Price ) Evaluation Of The Bid. , The Inspection And Testing Charges Shall Be Considered In Line With Scc-Goods And Its Amendment, If Any. , Bidder Shall Furnish The Break-Up Of Built-In Cif Value Against Each Quoted Item, Giving Details Of Description Of Goods, Qty. Rate Of Custom Duty Etc. In Attached Cif Format-A8 , In Case Of Discrepancies In The Item Description / Quantity In This Sop, Description / Quantity Etc.
