( Size Of Shed 3 Mtr X 2.4 Mtr ) 11 Fabrication And Fixing Of Bar Screen ( Jali-L Type ) Of Size 2.5Mtr Long And 1.55Mtr Width By Fabricated Of Outer Frame By Ms Angle Of Size ( 75Mmx75mmx6mm ) And Inner Portion Fabricated By Ms Flat Iron Of Size ( 50Mmx8mm ) Duly Welded One By One At 20Mm Gap In Each Flat And Fixing In Sewage Channel By Making Of Clamping System On Upper Side Of Bar Screen For Fixing With Chain As Per Site Requirement. 12 Fixing Of Existing Electric Hoist With The Help Of Labour And Required Logistic Arrangements And Making All Required Connections By Using All Tools & Tackels. 13 Strengthening / Finishing Of All Minor Damages And Painting Of All Newly Making Ms Structure By Two Coat Of Epoxy Paint Of Required Shade & Colour. 14 Testing & Commissioning Of Complete System.

3	Desilting of channel with the help of suction machine and manual labour and making necessary arrangement with gunny bags as per site requirement keeping it safe. Removal of all silt from bottom of the screen chamber with all safety arrangements by making of temporary platforms by long bamboo with cross bamboo, balli with rassa tools & tackles etc. to execute the work inside the bar screen chamber.
4	Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. DSR Civil 2021 Code No. 14.23(Payment will be made as per actual)
5	Fabrication and fixing of MS "C" channel in vertical possession of 9 meter Long of size (125mm x 65mm x 6mm) on wall in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate with channel of size (250x250x10mm) duly drilled 4 nos. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with anchor bolts of EN-8 materials of 16 mm.
6	Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The size of platform is (2mtr x 1 mtr). Made out of frame by angle (100x100x8mm), supporting angle (75mmx75mmx8mm), MS chequered plate (2mtr x1mtr) and 8mm thickness. Fixing with RCC foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in the RCC foundation.
7	Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top level of water flow so that the water could not pass by upper of bar screen. The size of sheet will be (1550mm x 1250mm x 6mm) duly welded with supporting of MS angle of size (75mm x75mm x6 mm) fabricated as per site requirement. (2 nos. sheet per screen)
8	Providing and fixing of MS I-Section beam of 4.5 meter height ISMB (200mm x100mm) in vertical possession with plate (250mm X 250mm X 10 mm) at ground with RCC civil foundation of size (1.5ft.x1.5ft.x1ft) and tightening by MS stud of size (200mm x 16mm) grouted in RCC foundation. The work includes providing and welding of MS. Plate with 4 nos. holes of 25mm drill.
9	Providing and fixing of horizontal Beam ISMB (250 mm x 125 mm) for fixing of E.O.T. Crane of 2 ton capacity with 4.5 mtr length duly welded and fixed by MS plate of size (250mm x250mmx10mm) on Both end of vertical beam.
10	Fabrication and fixing of tin shed for safety purpose of complete system from the rain fabricated by MS sheet of 3mm thickness, angle of size (50mmx50mmx6mm), flat iron of size (75mmx6mm), nut bolts and washer as per site requirement. (Size of shed 3 mtr X 2.4 mtr)
11	Fabrication and fixing of bar screen (jali-L type) of size 2.5mtr long and 1.55mtr width by fabricated of outer frame by MS Angle of size (75mmx75mmx6mm) and inner portion fabricated by MS Flat iron of size (50mmx8mm) duly welded one by one at 20mm gap in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing with chain as per site requirement.
12	Fixing of existing electric hoist with the help of labour and required logistic arrangements and making all required connections by using all tools & tackels.
13	Strengthening/finishing of all minor damages and painting of all newly making MS structure by Two coat of epoxy paint of required shade & colour.
14	Testing & commissioning of complete system.
