3	Dismantling of the existing rusted & damaged MS base frame from the RCC foundation by Cutting the nut bolts with the gas cutter and taking out of the complete frame up to floor level. The work will be execute through expert skilled & unskilled staff including tools and trackless and safe working with safety of men & material as require at site.
4	Breaking of foundation of 2 nos pump set / Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. as required for fresh foundation. DSR 2021 Item code : 15.3.
5	Supply of new SS foundation boltof size 25 x 300 mmas persite requirement. 8 Nos. in each Foundation.
6	Supply of nut bolts & washer as per required for reinstallation of pump set. DJB SOR 2022 Item Code 45.1.53. (Payment will be done as per actual work at site).
7	Supply of neoprene rubber sheet. (Payment will be done as per actual work at site)
8	Supply of 90 Meter MS angle of size 50 mmx 50 mm x 5 mmfor fixing on surrounding corner of RCC foundation of 3 nos pump set as per required. Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. As per DSR item, providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). DSR 2021 Item Code 4.1.3, the work includingfixing on surrounding corner of RCC foundation of 2 nos pump set as per required.
11	Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.DSR 2021 Item Code 15.60
12	Fixing of new foundation bolt in pocket by proper welding to MS Jaalwith proper support and fixing of new base frames on foundation in the dry sump with proper alignment as per required for pump set.The work will be execute through expert skilled & unskilled staff including tools and trackless and safe working with safety of men & material as require at site.
13	Installation of new pump incuding existing motor on base frame after proper dry of RCC foundation, with the help of EOT crane and making of proper alignment with suction and delivery line of existing system, fixing of delivery taper and other part with new nut bolts and packing etc. items as required at site i/c making all electrical connection etc.items. The work will be execute through expert skilled & unskilled staff including tools and tracklessand safe working with safety of men & material as require at site.
14	Testing of pump and motor on Load and no Load with Vibration free smooth operation.
