Testing of 33 KV Power Transformer panel marshaling box and breaker byprimary Injection method. Testing of window Temperature, Oil Temperature Oil level indicator, buchholz relay, surger relay for alarm and tripping testing of relay, works includeds cleaning and adjustment of relay contacts and springs and checking of breaker’s operations for remote/local closing tripping and protection trip command generated by primary injection.

Work includes clearing of relay contacts and adjustment of spring. checking operational and tripping of VCB/OCB on remote/manual and protection trip command generated through primary injection. Checking of actual tripping time using VCB analyzer & comparision with calculated time.
