Providing, Fitting And Testing Of Submersible Copper Cables ( 10 Sqmm ) Including Extraction Of Damaged Ones, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, Fitting And Successful Testing On No And Full Load At Site. 3. Fabrication, Providing, Fitting And Lowering Of 80 Mm Dia Class B Flanged Ms Coated Column Pipes 04 No Each Of 3.048 Meter Length ( 10 Ft ) . The Job Includes Cost Of 12 Mm Thick Ms Flanges And Pn 16 And Welding In Two Layers To Make It Leakproof With Further P / F Of Cleats, Cable Groove And Slots In Each Flange. The Job Also Includes P / F Of Nuts, Bolts And 80 Mm Rubber Gaskets. 4. Providing And Fitting Of Ms Split Type Clamps 10 Mm Thick, Length As Per Casing / Sump Opening ( 3 Inch Dia ) 5. Providing And Fitting Of Ductile Iron Double Flanged, Slanted Seat Swing Check Valve ( Nrv ) 80 Mm As Per Is 5312 By Way Of Cutting Of Hot Dip Galvanized G.I, B-Class Pipe Across The Section By Dint Of Pipe Cutter / Gas Cutter. The Job Also Includes Providing And Welding Of M.S Flanges To The Two Ends Of Pipe. The Thickness Of Flange Conforming To Is 6392 Part 1St Table-17. The Flange Welding Carried Out In Double Layers To Form Strong Welding Joint By Dint Of Dc Arc Welding.
