2. Section(Ghee, Sweets & Paneer) A)Ghee - General Cleaning and Hygiene of Ghee section Area & All equipments. Butter & Ghee manufacturing, operation of CBM ghee manufacturing from butter Filtration/clarification/cooling and packing, Shifting to different FGS Store in Dairy premises and from FGS to Ghee section, reprocessing and all other related works.B)Mawa/Peda/Burfi/other sweets - General Cleaning and Hygiene of Mawa section Area & All equipments. Peda, Burfi & Mawa manufacturing, packing and Shifting to FGS Store & and all other related works. C)Paneer - General Cleaning and Hygiene of Paneer section Area & All equipments. Paneer manufacturing, packing and shifting to cold store/FGS and all other related works.

3.Section(Milk Powder) A)Milk Powder Manufacturing 25 Kg - General Cleaning and Hygiene of Powder Plant Area & All equipments. Plant operation, coding/Labeling, Powder filling & packing in 25 kg KP Bag, Stacking and shifting to FGS Store in Dairy premises and from FGS to Powder plant section, reprocessing and all other related works.
