5Plain/Reinforcement Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications: RCC Grade M30 using batching plant and manual placing
6Supplying, Fitting and Placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification
7SUB-STRUCTURE
8Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification. RCC M30 grade using batching plant transit mixer and concrete pump height upto 5m to 10m
9Supply, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing & specifications.
10Providing weep holes in brick masonry / plain / reinforced concrete abutment wing wall/ return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe. Extending through the full width of the structure withslope of 1V:20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and technical specification.
11Back filling behind Abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification: A - Granular material.
12Providing & laying of filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates. Satisfying the requirementss laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wingwall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.
13SUPERSTRUCTURE
14Furnishing and placing Reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specification. Height 5m to 10m: RCC M30 Grade.
15Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing & Technical specifications.
16Centering and Shuttering including strutting, Propping etc. and removal of form using steel sections: Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts & struts.
17Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 3.5m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof (Plan area to be measured).
18Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 nominal mixed in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curring for 14 days. (Parapet)
19River Training & Protection Works
20Providing and laying flooring complete as per drawing and Technical specification laid over cement concrete bedding. A- Rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3.
21Gabian structure for erosion control, river training works and protection works: Providing a gabian structure for erosion control, river training works and protection works with wire crates size 2mx1mx0.3m each divided into 1m compartment by cross netting, made from 4mm galvinized steel wire @ 32kg/10 sqm having minimum tensile strength of 300mpa conforming to IS:280 and galvinising coating conforming to IS: 4826, woven into mesh with double twist mesh size not exceeding 100mm x 100mm, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200mm, all loose end to be securlly tied with 4 mm galvinized steel wire.
22APPROACH ROAD
23Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and tippers with disposal upto 10000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with Hydralic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in ccordance with requirements of lines grades and crossection, and transporting to the embankment location within all leaves and leads upto 1000 metres
24Excavation in Ordinary Rock using Hydraulic Excavator and tippers with disposal upto 10000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in ordinary rock with Hydralic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in ccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-section, and transporting to the embankment location within all leaves and leads upto 1000 metres
25Granular Sub-base with graded material: (Construction of granular sub-base by providing granular material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) Grading - I
26Surface Drains in Ordinary Rock: (Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross sectional area 0.4 sqm in ordinary rock to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 to 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment within a lead of 1000m), by Mechanical means.
27Supply of Extra Width DS Bailey Bridge from approved manufacturer, including carraige from the Godown of theManufaturer to the work site and Erection by Launching/Staging methodin all respect complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer.
