8	Supplying all tools, Labour for fitting and fixing deep well cylinder with necessary connecting rod all complete job as per specification & direction of E/I.
9	Supplying all materials, labours for fitting and fixing of India Mark II Hand Pump with all accessories all job complete as per direction of E/I. Including carriage of materials.
10	Supplying all materials, labours and equipment for constructing PCC (1:2:4) circular platform around each drilled tube well including 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with neat cement punning over exposed surface as per UNICEF design etc. all complete. Including carriage of materials.
11	Supplying all materials labour and equipment for constructing PCC (1:2:4) drain as per UNICEF Design etc. all complete .Including carriage of materials.
12	Add Extra Item for Supplying tools, labours and materials for painting, numbering and year for construction of T/Well and taking of colour photograph with two or three nearest persons including platform, drain, soak pit and also longitude & latitude, details of T/W such as total depth, casing depth, static water level, drawdown, discharge, strata chart, beneficiary population etc in separate sheet/format all complete as per direction of E/I.
