Tender For Sealed Offer From Registered Decorators For Construction Of Different Pandal In Our Spl All Three Units -1) Construction of temporary pandal & with/without wooden Platform for storing of reels paper and godown for finished goods (books) a) Pandal made with Salpost & Bamboo Frame work , covered with GI Sheet and Fire proof tarpaulin .Side wall also will be covered by GI (tin) sheet (i) Temporary pandal hiring charges @ Rs Per Sq.ft. (ii) Labour charges @ Rs Per Sq ft.(while installing & dismantling) b) Construction of wooden platform with wooden Frame work covered with ¾” solid plywood duly supported by 5” brick support to carryout load of finished goods. (i) wooden platform hiring charges @ Rs. Per Sq ft. (ii) Labour charges ..@ Rs Per Sq.ft(while installing ……and dismantle also) 2) Construction of temporary pandal of 15 feet ceiling height for storing of reels paper/sheet paper, which will be made with Sal post/bamboo structure framing covered with tarpaulin & side wall covered with GI sheet (Tin) (i) Temporary pandal hiring charges @ Rs. Per Sq.ft. (ii) Temporary pandal labour charges @ Rs. Per Sq ft. 3) Construction of temporary shed/pandal for Binding Machine producing white trimming Paper and paper dust-preserving spaces(in between building & premises fencing)- made with Salpost/bamboo framing- roof covered with GI Sheet (Tin) and side window hole with tarpaulin etc. (i) Temporary tin shed hiring Charges @ Rs. Per Sq.ft (ii) Temporary shed/labour charges @ Rs. Per Sq.ft. 4) Construction of temporary shed/Pandal made with bamboo structure and roof & wall covered with tarpaulin for binding and packing purpose. (i) Temporary pandal hiring charges @ Rs. Per Sq.ft. (ii) Labour Charges @ Rs. Per Sq.ft 5) Construction temporary tin shed (roof type) for trimmimg /cutting (dust) paper from Perfect Binding Machine made with GI-Tin and wooden framing. (i) Charges will be rental basis @ Rs. Per day (Approx area 180 Sq ft) 6) Hiring Charges of below mentioned Decorating Materials like 1) Sidewall (bamboo structure with colour cloth) 2) Tea Stall & Sanitization Kit 3) carpet (77’x35”) 4) Table (Fibre) 5) Table Cover +Field 6) Chair (Fibre) 7) Hand wash Basin(steel) with sanitization 8) Dustbin 9) Gas Oven (Tee) 10) Tray (Serving) 11) Tea Container 12) Kadai 13) Drinking Water Drum 14) Dinner Plates 15) Stand Fan 16) Ceiling Fan 17) Audio Sound Box with Mike 18) Other related materials @ Rs.
