Themaintenance van/mini truck shall be provided for 8 working hours duty of vehicle including driver equipped with smart mobile phone with internet and data transfer mobile phone facility, one operator and three nos. malebeldars, required T & P such as Chain saw, Pole saw, Axe, Bill hook, Rope, Fuel, Pruning Machines, Tasla, Panji, Palli, Phawrah, Gaiti, Regulation torch, Helmets, Traffic jacket, work in progress boards with reflective tape, safety cones, runningcost of fuel such as diesel, m-oil etc. all complete.All men on duty shall wear uniform with PWD logo and will follow all safety norms of transport/ traffic to attend urgent roads and buildings related complaints as and when required in day and night including loading and unloading, disposal of the same to the dumping ground for all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The copy of driving license, registration, pollution certificate, fitness certificate and insurance of vehicle will be deposited in Division Office). |
