Comprehensive Regular Preventive & Break Down Maintenance job of different 400/220/132KV Transmission lines for smooth operation of transmission lines under Transmission Divisions as per Details and Technical Specifications describedin Vol-II by Providing of Gangs/Establishment of Site Offices with Main Store/Site Store near designated Substation as detailed below comprising of skilled man power and T&Ps along with Establishment of Site Office for carring out various activities including Tower to tower patrolling and submission of patrolling report in prescribed format including photograph of defects, Emergency Patrolling, Lopping & chopping of tree branches/Bamboo Kothi coming in the corridor of the line, Thermography of Jumpers / Joints,Rectification of the line defects such as fixing of missing/stolen tower parts, Fixing of dislocated/New Vibration Dampers, Checking and tightness of jumpers, Cleaning of Disc Insulators etc. and attending of break down such as Replacement of damaged Jumpers, Replacement of damaged/broken Earth wire/OPGW, Replacement of damaged/ broken Quad moose/Deer/Zebra/Panther conductors, Repairing of coping with materials, backfilling of soil, Replacement of damaged/broken Tension/Suspension Insulators string, Repair of minor damages of Tower such as damage of Cross Arms/Tower Peaks including other associated works with all T&P and additional Man Power as needed. The T&P as per list in Vol-II shall be maintained by the Contractor at Main Site Office and other Site Offices. All the spare materials including special Testing Instruments will be provided by the UPPTCL

Carrying out Comprehensive Maintenance work by a Gang comprising of minimum 01 No. Site Supervisior, 04 Nos.Skilled Technician (Fitter) equipped with 01 No. Pickup or equivalent vehicle along with Driver in the vicinity 132 KV Bilhaur Sub-Station suitable to shift men, T&P, special T&P and Material as per Technical Specifications including Establishment of Site Office with Site Store having T&P as described in Appendix-B Vol-II (1 Job Per Month)

Carrying out Comprehensive Maintenance work by a Gang comprising of minimum 01 No. Site Supervisior, 04 Nos.Skilled Technician (Fitter) equipped with 01 No. Pickup or equivalent vehicle along with Driver in the vicinity 132 KV S/S Dadanagarsuitable to shift men, T&P, special T&P and Material as per Technical Specifications including Establishment of Site Office with Site Store having T&P as described in Appendix-B Vol-II (1 Job Per Month)

Carrying out Comprehensive Maintenance work by a Sub Gang comprising of minimum of 03 Nos.Skilled Technician (Fitter) in the vicinity of220 KV Sub-Station Rania Kanpur Dehat as per technical specifications(1 Job Per Month)

The Work shall involve Thermal scanning of Transmission lines by high resolution Infrared Auto Focus Camera having min. resolution of 240*320 using telephoto lenses of 7-14 deg (min. dist. 150 meter) of all Sections Tower Jumpers including all mid-span joints during on load conditions and providing coloured print of report in to sets. The Thermal scanning shall be mandatorily done twice per annum (May & September each year) to identify any hotspot during maximum load conditions..Note - Thermo-vision camera as per technical specification shall be arranged by contractor at his own end.
