Tender For Term Contract For Artificer Works In Certain Md Accommodations Under Age B / R East At Af Stn Jalahalli; 1 Laying And Jointing Pvc Pipe. Heading 2 The Term Contract Is To Cover For Carrying Out Any Number Of Work Orders Which May Be Ordered On Him During The Fixed Term Such As Minor Works, Repair And Maintenance Of Existing Buildings / Structures And Allied Services As Per Ssr Part Ii Within The Specified Area. 2	The term contract is to cover for carrying out any number of work orders which may be ordered on him during the fixed term such as minor works, repair and maintenance of existing buildings/ structures and allied services as per SSR part II within the specified area. The work will be ordered as and when necessity arises and will be measured against items listed in SSR (MES standard schedule of rates) priced at rates given in SSR-2020 (part-II) including all amendments issuedtillreceipt of tender adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. The contract shall be for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The percentage shall be quoted accordingly. Note - (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the appropriate cell of this BOQ excel sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above or below SSR Part-II - 2020 (Rates), if "0" % quoted the same shall be treated at par with SSR Part-II 2020 (Rates). (iii) Amount inserted by MES in respective column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only.Being Term Contract, work orders shall be priced at rates given in SSR2020 Part II and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor upto the estimated cost indicated in the NIT/ tender documents. irrespective of amount shown in under column "6", " Total Amount" of this BOQ on this page.
