29Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landings, chajja & similar work including existing roof treatment if any complete.
30M&L for pressure grouting to leakage/ seepage portion of RCC slabs, including drilling holes 12mm dia in RCC slab with power drill up to half of the depth of slab at a spacing not exeeding 1.0 mtr centre to centre, fixing PVC sleeves/nozzle 10mm dia, pressure grouting using compressure with cement slurry mixd with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions), top end of the PVC sleeves/nozzle shall be cut to flush the top of slab and sealled with PVC plugs after grouting done complete including all other necessary arrangement required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.
31M & L for brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.0Kg of cement per Sqm on old surfaces of concrete or plaster (after cleaning the surface mechanically (pressure washer) by water neatly) on roofall as specified and directed.
32M&L forPCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding all as specified and directed.
33M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions specified and directed.
34Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
35Cutting/Uprooting plantation found on external walls/soffits of bldgs of height upto G+3rd floors incl removing roots, chemically treating to avoid further growth of plantation repairing the area n.exc 1sqm by plastering in CM 1:4, etc, complete all as specified and directed. i) Necessary Safety Precautions / Scafolding for workers are to be taken by the Contractor.
36Cutting/Uprooting plantation found on external walls/soffits of bldgs of height from G+3rd upto G+8th floors incl removing roots, chemically treating to avoid further growth of plantation repairing the area n.exc 1sqm by plastering in CM 1:4, etc, complete all as specified and directed. i) Necessary Safety Precautions / Scafolding for workers are to be taken by the Contractor.
37Demolition of PCC around floor trap and dismantling / taking out existing floor trap and cleaning the blockage of pipe from floor trap to gully trap and supply and fix PVC floor/Nahani trap in existing pipe and embedding the floor trap / nahani trap in PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (mixed with WPC), finishiing the floor suitably, fixing with matching tile at the damaged portion of flooring & jointing, etc., including lowering or raising with vertical piece with PVC pipe for jointing trap and fixing gratings at true level of floor complete all as directed. Note: i) Ht of bldg is upto G+3rd floor. ii) Necessary Safety Precautions / Scafolding for workers are to be taken by the Contractor. iii) Cost of WPC & replacing damaged tile with new matching tile is included in Cost.
