6Supply and erection of steel tubular sewaged pole type 410 SP-72 (13 meter long) complete with cast iron/ MS base plate, top platewelded with MS round sheet with necessary nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint including black and yellow strip 30cm in height above the coping of the pole all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BoQ.
7Supply and laying in trenches, through pipes or under culvert of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts (earthed grade) including copper strip tapping IS 7098 Part 2-1985 grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm x 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ Air/ Pole/ in duct/ through pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 13(ii) RTCC and AVR Panel shall be suitable for automatic voltage regulation with master follower scheme with tap position indicator as per tap indication in the OLTC mechanism.RTCC should also be provided with control gear in respect of fan ON/OFF indication, auto & manual control switch AC supply on and tap changer in progress indication lamp, tap struck indication and alarm. (iii) The core shall be constructed from high grade, non ageing, prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better, silicon steel laminations and shall be of bottle ness design. The core material shall be purchased directly frommanufacturer (Pasco /Nippon/Novex/AK steel’s) or from their accredited marketing organization. (iv) Manufacturer shall have in house automated core cutting facility to ascertain that there is no mixing of second grade core (v) The core and core assembly should be dried through a high efficient vacuum drying autoclave for heating and drying . (vi) Manufacturer shall have in house NABL accredited lab to ascertain the authenticity of test results.

21Structural design, supplying, fabricating erecting and testing in position hot- dipgalvanized zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS 4826 steel structure gantries bus bar for mounting various equipment such as circuit breakers, disconnecting switches, instrument transformer , lightening arrestor, post insulators and accessories etc. at suitable height to match with height of gas circuit breakers, transformers etc. and allowing minimum safe distance/ height as per IE rules/IS fabricated out of MS Channel angle rolled steel (joints) MS flat nut bolt washer etc. upto 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The rate quoted for this item shall interalia be inclusive of the rate of Design, specification, fabrication & erection of the steel structure forgantry and towers required to make the installation complete in all respect (ii) The structure shall be of lattice type structure fabricated form rolled mild steel selection and hot-dip galvanized. Only bolted connections will be permitted. 24Material and labour for over head bus bar at receiving station for 66 KV comprising of 2 feeder bay inclusive of(Panther ACSR) Conductor and PG clamps etc.completewith 66 KV string insulator 120 KN (as per site requirement) and 7/8 K SWG GI Shield wire, and busbar insulators , clamps and connections. all as specified . Note : The rate for PG clamps, string insulator tee off clamps etc. shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor, However rates for ACSR conductor (Panther), GI Shield wire shall be measured and paid under respective item.
