Activity 1: Installation of Document Management System(DMS) per the specification mentioned in Tabel-1, scanning,and uploading of 50,000 (fifty thousand) pages in the DMSalong with 1 year warranty.

Activity 2: Scanning and uploading of additional 50,000 pagesin DMS: Scanning, Digitization, Keying of Meta data anduploading of the scanned documents to DMS with supply ofEquipment & Manpower.

Activity 3: AMC for 1 Year (After expiry of 1 Year of Warrantyperiod):
