8Material and labour for Brick work with sub class “B” bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
9Material and labour for Hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge exc 63m but n exc. 100mm, deposited, spread leveled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.
10Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
11Material and labour 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 in two layers (8mm thick mixing with liquid water proofing compound over backing layers of 12mm thick) on fair faces of brick work including finished the top layer even and smooth without using extra cement complete al as specified and directed. (Note: liquid WPC shall be used as per manufacturer’s instruction and it will be measured and paid separately)
12Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
13Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats of weather coat on walls over a coat of primer after preparation of surface in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.
14Central AC Plant;- Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
15Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layers notexceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil
16Removing surplus excavated material (soil)to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
17Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Central AC Plant including water pump sets cooling towers, hot water generators, ducting and electrical connection siutable for 3 phase AC supply Chilled water system 2 x 15 TR or nearest higher available capacity working and 1 x 15 TR or nearest higher available capacity standby for Bldg No P-824(WWR) including dismantling of old existing WWR Bldg AC Plant with connected items( i.e. motors, ducts, floor mounted AHUs, grills and cables, foundation, dismantle walls etc) and make good to the disturbed surface and walls complete all as specified and other items as required for satisfactory performance of the plant complete in all respect and all as specified in respective drawings to achieve the inside designed conditions as per Annexure "I" enclosed here-in-after. Note 1 :- (a) Old unservicieable Central AC plant and connected items shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard of GE (AF) Tezpur by the contractor without any extra claim to the department. (b) Contractor/ bidder are advised to visit the site to check the desired inside design conditions carefully and submit the bid only after ascertaining the capacity of the AC plant required to achieve the inside design conditions. (c) Contractor/ bidder should submit complete design for the Central AC plant comprising of heat load calculations, working drawings of complete AC plant supported with design/calculations of each component duly vetted by IIT/NIT within two months of the date of commencement of work through GE for the approval of HQ CE (AF) Shillong Zone before execution of the work. (d) Contractor/bidder will be responsible for performance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 3. (e) Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Chilled water Central Airconditioning system shall be undertaken through Manufacturers/Specialist Firms. Note 2 :-Rates quoted by the contractor shall be complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of Site-in-charge and shall be include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which maybe required to fulfill the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be duly approved by Engr-in-Charge before incorporating in the actual work. Note 3 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be including for material and labour, & Manning and Operation of AC Plant during the period of seasonal tests as per PS clauses.
18Dismantling of existing panel and supply, installation and testing of indoor feeder pillar box factory made, IP-65 protection of size 1500 mm (h) x 1200 mm (w) x 600 mm (d), made out of CRCA sheet of 2.0 mm thick with powder coating paint of approved shade including 400 Amps capacity TPN aluminium bus bars, bottom base of MS angle section not less than 40mm x 40 mm x 5mm thick and complete internal wiring including all switch gears having 250 A, 4 pole MCCB 36 KA - 01 No as a incoming and 63 A, 4 pole MCCB 25 KA - 05 Nos as outgoing complete for P-824 bldg AC plant all as specified as directed.
19Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Central AC Plant including water pump sets cooling twoers, hot water generators, ducting and electrical connection suitable for 3 phase AC supply Chilled water system 2 x 7.5 TR or nearest higher available capacity working and 1 x 7.5 TR or nearest higher available capacity standby for Bldg No P-72 (DB-6) including dismantling of old existing WWR Bldg AC Plant with connected items( i.e. motors, ducts, floor mounted AHUs, grills and cables, foundation, dismantle walls etc) and make good als the disturned surface ans walls complete all as specified and other items as required for satisfactory performance of the plant complete in all respect and all as specified in respective drawings to achieve the inside designed conditions as per Annexure "I" enclosed here-in-after. 21Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with standard aluminium conductor1100 volts grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ duct/ on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc and taking out of old existing UG cable of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, bricks & sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately)
22Supply and laying old size sub class "B" bricks well burnt, best quality locally available laid flat with width equal to length of the brickin trenches over sand cushioning for UG cable protection complete all asspecified and directed
23M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.
24Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burieddirectly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground levelwith top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connectedto galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead bymeans of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron and 40 mm bore GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or main switch or as directed by Eng-in-Charge including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 600 x 600 x 100 mm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c and one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering, funnels, wire mesh and provided charcoal and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thick including necessary earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The earthing pit should be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover should be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per colour code followed in AF Station. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible.
25Supply and fixing in repair galvanised iron Strip of size (32 x 6)mm for interlinking between earth electrodes and for continuity fixed with wall/ recess/ chases or buried in ground or any indicated position including brazing of joints completeall as directed.
26Materials & Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, single core, drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20mm dia with all flame proof accessories such as junction box, MS coupling, unions branch, reducers, elbow, sealing conduit etc. including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS Cable (green colour), single core earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for light/fan point including taking down the old wiring and making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
27Supply and fixing in repair LED tube light fittings 1x20W flame proof type FLP-WP made of aluminium alloy LM6, with electronic driver, bipin holder, connected block, etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all spcified and as directed.
28Supply and fixing in repair BULK HEAD flame proof LED light fitting flame proof type FLP-WP of 1 x 40 watt built in control gearbox made of aluiminium alloy LM6,with all accessories, electronic driver, lamp holders,etc internally prewired complete all spcified and as directed.
29Supply and fixing in repair switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16Amps, single pole 250 volts complete all as specified and as directed.
