Tender For Supply Of Item o PR No. PR Item RFQ Item Services for line Item Quantity UOM Technical Details Other Details 1 2000144643 10 10 10 rental forklift 12 LO Email : tonmoy.paul@amns.in Contact : Name : Tonmoy Paul Item Details : Scope of Work 5 MT Capacity Battery / Diesel Operated Forklift – 1 No. is required for hire on monthly rental basis. • Forklift in good condition with all necessary documents to be provided by vendor. o FORKLIFT should be capable to lift required Tonnage of material <(>&<)> transport as per requirement. o FOKLIFT should be equipped for suitable forks for material to be handled. o All tyres should be in good condition for safe transportation o FORKLIFT with brake arrangement for safe operation. o The turning radius should be adequate to meet with our road conditions and requirement. Vendor may visit and check site conditions before providing offer. o Forklift Should be equipped with, Head and Tail Light and Reverse Horn and Rear View Mirror o FORKLIFT should be equipped with Horn / Reverse Horn and all other necessary safety requirements.. • Driver / Diesel / Charging Point in AM/NS Scope. • All required Maintenance/Repairs to be done by Vendor o All Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance and spare, tools and tackles etc. will be the responsibility of contractor. o All periodic servicing if required will be in vendor’s scope. o All necessary Mechanics/Tools and Tackles to be arranged and kept readily available to ensure round the clock operation o Any top-ups lub oil/engine oil, or oil change required will be in vendor’s scope. o Any tyre puncture / repair will be in vendor’s scope. Vendor is advised to keep spares to prevent any downtime. o Weekly tyre pressure checking to be ensured by vendor. Any air filling required in tyres will be in Vendor’s scope. Vendor should take the vehicle do air filling and will bring it back to company premises. o Any maintenance call should be attended by technician within an hour. o There will be penalty clause for any breakdown greater than 2 hours. • Bringing of Forklift to AMNSI Chennai SC and taking it back at the start and end of contract period will be in Vendors scope. • All insurance coverage will be in vendor’s scope • All other documents as per the motor vehicles act applicable in the state/region should be provided • Vendor should abide by all legal requirements. • Safety is of utmost priority at AM/NS – All Safety requirements should be met as communicated by AM/NS Safety officer and Site Incharge. Note: If any violation in above is found in any of the above requirement then penalty shall be imposed. (Penalty amount shall be the discretion of AMNSI officials) also, the contract may be terminated without any notice. Activities to be performed by Forklift is as follows but not limited to: • Shifting of narrow slit coils from one bay to other • Separation of narrow slit coils as per size and keeping in stand for PR No. PR Item RFQ Item Services for line Item Quantity UOM Technical Details Other Details packing. • Facilitating packing of narrow slit coils. • Keeping of all narrow slits or bundles in eye to sky position. • Shifting of endcut bundles baby coils, NCO coils and sheets inside plant premises. • Loading of vehicles • Unloading of vehicles. • Loading of garbage vehicles • Shifting of any maintenance spar
