Submission of three (3) hard copies and one soft copy of the draft report and drawing sets for review for each option. And submission of three (3) hard copies and one soft copy of the final reports and drawings set incorporating NPCIL Kaiga 5&6 suggestions/ comments, properly bound and printed using good quality paper including coloured prints as applicable after Approval of the Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate shall include conducting topographical survey of the Kaiga 5&6 Township area including spot levels with respect to nearest traverse point/ ground control point/Temporary Benchmark. Master plan shall be prepared to accommodate all Residential buildings, Public buildings, Roads, Parks and other amenities as per the list attached. |
2 | The Fees for rendering comprehensive Architectural & Engineering design consultancy services includespreparation of detailed Architectural layout plan of buildings, Structural Design & drawings, Design and drawings of all internal services like Electrical , Plumbing , , Fire-fighting system, Communication system etc with detailed BOQ,rate analysisas per scope of work.. The rates are inclusive of proof checking of all structural design, DBR by serving IIT/IISc/NIT faculty having ME/M. Tech (Structure) approved by NPCIL Kaiga5&6 . The rate is inclusive of faculty’s visit to NPCIL Kaiga site office and construction site as and when required. The drawings and designs should be carried out as per technical specifications and relevant IS Codes |
