59SH:-IV (Operation of Lifts of FOB"s) Providing Services for operation and security of Lifts installed at FOBs, running & operation of other electrical installation including routine checking to ensure smooth functioning of the E & M components and providing immediate assistance during emergency situation including watch & ward of complete FOBs including its Lift, Electrical Installations, Lightings, Electrical Panels, DB"s & allied equipment"s, Civil components etc by deploying adequately trained & experienced staff, as detailed below, and as per terms & Conditionsetc., in the tender document, complete as required.(Note1:- In case of theft from the site of any FOB, whole responsibility shall rest with the Contractor and he must replace the same item within reasonable time to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, otherwise necessary recovery will be made as per actual basis). Note 2:- The payment against this item shall be released in proportion to the weightages given every fortnight in line with performance criteria mention in NIT Page No. 60.

65SH:-V (Cleaning of All FOB"s) Providing services of mechanized cum manual housekeeping job onall Foot over Bridges for all days including Sundays, Saturdays and Gazetted Holidays except National Holidays (i.e. 26th January, 15th August & 2nd October) including cost of labour, machinery, T&P, consumables etc. as per tender conditions comprising but not limited to the following main activities:- (a) Comprehensive mechanized cum manual cleaning and housekeeping of FOB deck floor, Staircases, lift well and lift floor, lift pit, FOB ceiling and roof, Roof of Lift Pit, area under staircases, railing, under deck of FOB, LIft car, Lift lobby and lift door, and all other spaces and all civil and Electrical inventories inside and outside the FOB Structure including mechanized sweeping, moping, scrubbing, dusting, façade cleaning, doors & windows cleaning, etc. up to entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The scope of work also includes removal of posters etc. with application of cleaning equipemnts, liquids as per roster and frequency decided by the engineer in charge. (b) Mechanized, automated and manual housekeeping and cleaning job of outer areas of FOBs including the area under staircase, deck etc. as per direction and up to satisfaction ofEngineer in Charge. (C) Collection of all types of garbage, waste materials, dirt, malba etc. from the FOBs and disposal of the same to approved municipal dumpig ground on regular intervals up to entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in Charge. (D) The cost of deep cleaning ( as per requirement and direction by Engineer-in-Charge) at the start of work is deemed to be included in this rate. E) The rate is for one FOB per month and shall be proportioned as per weightage given every fortnight in line with performance criteria mention in NIT Page No. 76 Note:- Each FOB for Five Years = 60 Months for Five FOBs 5 x 60 = 300 Months.

140Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

142Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :

144Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.

The weather proof neoprin and aluminium profile shall be fixed and sealed with silicone sealant to make the joints fully water proof. The open over had end of polycarbonate sheet to be shield" with powder coated aluminium channel of size 10X10X1.5 mm thick and weight not less than 0.2kg/m. The polycarbonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and self drilling 50mm long steel screws fixed not less than 150 mm centre to centre.
169The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all material involved such as polycarbonate sheet. The aluminium profile aluminium channel. EPDM gasket. self taping screws nut bolts silicone sealant or any other material required for fixing the sheet but excluding the cost of steel structure which shall be paid separately. The cost also include the rate of labour required for cutting. bending and fixing of polycarbonate sheet aluminium profile. hosting in position etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall also include the cost of all T&P and safety precautions required during execution of the work. All aluminium section shall have minimum powder coating of thickness not less than 25 micron The work shall be completed in all respect as per design/drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Finished curved surface area of polycarbonate sheet end to end of roofing over steel tubular structure shall be measured in square metre for the purpose of the pavement.
