| 1 | Name of work- Electrical energy and safety audit of certain married accommodation in SGNR Mil Stn:- A team comprising of one pickup van (with driver), two technicians, one safety Officer/one Engineer to carry out this job. The team will carry their own tools, tackles, ladder and measuring equipments alongwith their PPEs. The team will be guided to necessary locations within premises of Military Station Sri Ganganagar(Raj) with geographical extent upto 10 Kms, necessary permits will be granted. (a) Total of 2573 Married Accommodation will be inspected over a period of maximum 60 days including Sundays and holidays. The inspection will include the following :- (i) Physical inspection of all the Block/Building (about 2573 Married Accommodation) in respect of exiting electrical wiring, physical conditions ofwiring, all fitting etc. (ii) Physical checking of Building “ Earthing” and measurement of electrical values wherever possible/available. (iii) Checking of LT distribution network form transformerLT bushing/piller box for damages, insulation damage andearthing values. (iv) LT protection used and its present condition both attransformer end and building end. (v) An inspection report jointly verified by your officer within a fortnight, indicating the present condition of all the electrical equipment and suggestion that are required to be done toimprove on electrical safety will be submitted. Report willinclude supporting photographs andother electrical parameter values taken during survey. (iv) Report shall be submitted as per following check list. (b) Electrical audit check list for each Bldgs/Md Accn at Mil stnSGNR :- (i) Earthing Testing. (ii) Proper Neutral connectivity.(iii) Insulation testing report. MCB SP/MCB SPN/MCCB working test report for standard voltage.(iv)Voltage testing report phase wise 230/440 (v) Are all plug, sockets and electrical fitting sufficient robust for use in the Bldg ?.(vi)Are all electrical fuse/Junction boxes in the Bldg securely fixed, Closed and undamaged ? (vii) Are fuses/circuit breakers and other electrical devices correctly rate for the circuit they protect ?.(viii)MCB SP/MCB SPN/MCCB working test report for standard voltage. (ix) Voltage testing report phase wise 230/440 .(x) Are all plug, sockets and electrical fitting sufficient robust for use in the Bldg ?. (xi) Are all electrical fuse/Junction boxes in the Bldg securely fixed, Closed and undamaged ?(xii) Are fuses/circuit breakers and other electrical devices correctly rated for the circuit they protect. (xiii) Is access to fuse boxes prevented and the key held by a responsibleperson ?. (xiv)Are main switches readily accessible and clearly identified, with all responsible users knowing how to use them in an emergency?. (xv) Are there any cable or wires without proper casing found in the bldg ?. (xvi)Are any electrical wires improperly spliced or taped ? . (xvii) Is electrical equipment properly grounded to preventelectrocution or fire ?. (xviii) Are any electrical wire found in damp areas or standing water ? . (xix) Are any electrical wires obstructing aisles or passage ways ?.(xx) Are all visible electrical wires secured fixed ? Any other pt required during inspection/testing as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xxi) Preparation of estimate of defective panels, wires, cables and earthing etc.(xxii) Estimate for replacement of the defective wiring, switches, board and appliances may also be included in scope the electric safety audit.
