2(f) Conservator with level gauge. (g) Silica gel breather filled with fresh silica gel.(h) First oil fill up upto the recommended level by manufacturer with new oil conforming to IS 335 (j) Type of connection : Delta/Star (k) Type of cooling : ONAN (l) Vector Group : DYN 11 (m) Type of connecting arrangement: Cable termination boxes on LT side fitted with suitable size and rating copper extension links for fixing cable of size 300 Sqmm x 3.5 core including cable glands and neutral brought on LT side, and bare insulators on HT side (n) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 degree centigrade maximum (o) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (p)Buchholz relay, WTI having contact for alarm and trip. (q) Oil temperature indicator, (r) In addition to the above all standard fittings shall be provided as per IS norms .
3Note : (i) The contractor shall submit the test certificate ot transformer and transformer oilfrom manufacturer (OEM). (ii) The contractor shall submitQAP (Quality assurance programme)within 15 days after placement of order for transformer testing at factory.Transformer shall be dispatch only after inspection at manufacture premises to be done by MES Auth (Rep of acceptating officer) at manufacture permisses. (iii) The contractorshall furnish origional bill certificate (Purchase voucher and test certificate) of the transformer manufacturer. (iv) The contractor shall get the approval of GE for make of the transformerbefore placing the order. (v) Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing design details of the transformer shall be get approved from GE. (vi) Connection of WTI to VCB through multi core copper conductor control cable of suitable size (irrespective of length) is deemed to be included in the item . (vii) LT side cable box to be provided with vertical terminal adoptor and extended links of copper strip of suitable size and rating of min 250 mm in length so as to connected 300 Sqmm x 3.5 core cable . (viii) Design and size of cable box to be get approved by GE before procurement of transformer. (ix) Contractor shall purchase transformer for OEM / authorised dealer of OEM. (x) Transformer shall be conf toIS 1180: 2014 with latest amendments1,2,3 & 4, EEL level -2 with losses as per IS & latest amendment. 4Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Automatic Intelligent Power Factor Corrector (APFC) capacitor bankPanel, factory made,cubical type dust and vermin prooffor 3 phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 60 KVAR with MDXL capacitor (Ultra heavy duty capacitor) and controller. The panel shall be floor mounted ,weather proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and structure duly fixed on structural channel, fixed on ground by PCC works ( 1:2:4 Type B-1 )and neat cementing the same, the cubical panel should have enamelled danger notice plate,IP 42 as per IS 13947, indoor type, with aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp, earth bus of 25 x 5 mm GI bus shall be provided throughout the panel board.Panel painted withpowder coating paint internally and externally on the surface all as specified and directed. 6Note for APFC Panel : (i) Contractor shall provide PVC insulated sheathed un armoured copper conductor control cable of size 6.0 sqm x 2 core from APFC panel to LT panel without any extra cost. (ii) All calibration required to be done for making the functionality of APFC panel by contractor up to satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (iii) Contractor shall produce the General arrangement drg of Capacitor Panel and BOQ and get approval of GE before procurment. (iv) Contractor shall take the approval of Make of Panel before procurement from GE. (v) Test Certifcate and Purchase voucher of Panel to be submitted by contractor before claiming the payment. 7Supply, fixing, installation, commessioning and testingServo controlled Voltage stablizer For automatic operation of 250 KVA capacity confiriming to BIS 9815: Part 1 : 1994 (Second revision) reaffirmed 2019, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, Naturally oil cooled, Indoor type, unbalanced type, copper wound,metallic body duly powder coatedwith lifting hooks two Nos,digital display type Relay, free smooth and silent operation with 1st filling of tramsformer oil (IS335:1993, reaffirmed 2005), IP 42 designed for input variation between 340 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second having following specification complet all as specified with followings:-
8(i) Input Voltage 340 Volt - 480Volt. (ii) Output voltage stabilized at any designed / desired voltage 415 V + 1% (Adjustable). The out put voltage within + 1% of the rated voltage irrespective of load and input voltage range as per clause 9.1 of BIS. (iii) Rated frequency 50 HZ. (iv) No distortion in wave form. (v) Respond time shall not to exceed 10 Mili seconds. (vi) Sensitivity (+ ) 1 %. (vii) Rate of correction shall not be less than 6 Voilt /Second for single Phase and 13 Volt / Second for Phase to Phase. The corrector shall be free from hunting during automatic operation as per clause 9.3 and 9.4 of BIS. (viii) No load losses less than 0.5% and full load losses less than 2.5%. Manufacture shall state the no loadand full load losses corresponding to minimum and maximum rated input voltage and within the tolerance limit ( as per decleared value in Table 7 of IS 2026 (Part I) 1977. The no load current current shall not be more than 5% of the rated output currentas per BIS clause 9.4 & 9.5. (ix) Duty cycleContinuous 24 x7. (x) Efficiency shall not be less than 95% as per clause 9.6 of BIS. (xi) Type of load : 3 Phase, unbalance type. (xii) Digital Volt meter/Ampere meter.
9Protection: (i) Overload/ Short circuit protections. (ii) High /Low voltage cut off. (iii) By pass arrangement in case of emergency. (iv) Single Phase sequence change protection. Acceptance test:The testing of servo voltage stablizer should be carried out in accordance with Para 11.2 of the BIS 9815(Part-1) (Reaffirmed 2004). The following shall constitude acceptance tests. (i) Physical examination. (ii) Insulation resistance. (iii) High Voltage test. (iv) Leakage current test. (v) Output voltage (vi) No load current. (vii) Provision for earthing. (viii) Measurement of no load losses. (ix) Induced voltage test. Type test report as per clause 11.1 and clause 5.1 of BIS 9815 (Part I) should be produced by the manufacture and contractor has to submit it to the department. (ii) Test Certifcate and Purchase voucher of Panel to be submitted by contractor before claiming the payment. Note : All the holes / opening made in wall to bring the cable in substation to be closed properly and make good of distrub surface to be done by contractor. 13M&L for earthing complete incl. necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steelearth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly inground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground levelconnected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to panels / transformer/ stablizerall as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron light grade pipe 40 mm dia.and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade PCC pit with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) The conctretepit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C -1 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii)Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth wire. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm with protection pipe.
14Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Removing excvated materials (soils) not exc. 50.00 M and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 M above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.
17M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.
19NOTES :- 1.For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2.Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details. 3. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule "A"/BOQ.
