Name of Work:Renovation / Repair of 150 HP ATS associated with 150 HP Submersible pump installed in wet sump at Bharat Nagar SPS.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Supply of HGC 300 Amp. Magnetic Cotractor having I th=400A, Ui=1000V Uimp=8 KV. Make: L&T Siemens/ Havells/ Indocop/ C&S/MDS.
2Supply of new transformer oil. Make-Servo/Savita/Power
3Dismantling of automatic transformer starters by removing cable connections ad all defective parts of auto transformer, capacitors, thimble, connection box etc.
4Rewinding of automatic transformer winding limbs, removing the burnt winding. Providing the new copper wire of same size and making the new all 3 coils as per original. Fixing the coil in transformer core with proper insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation.
5Assembling the complete transformer and refixing the Auto Transformer starter in proper foundation with heavy labour, joint cable connection, thumbing, crimping etc filling oil in tank. After completion of work testing & commissioning on load.
