| 4 | Note:- 1. The agency will ensure and comply the minimum wages Act. notification issued by the labour department Govt. of Rajasthan vide order dated 31-08-2023. The agency shall also ensure and comply all applicable taxes and other circulars of labour department Govt. of Rajasthan in this case. The agency has to submit an affidavit (Self Attested) for the same as per Annexure-6. 2. As per Wages Act, the minimum wages for unskilled labour is Rs. 285 per day for 8 hours at present inclusive of all taxes. 3. The rate to be quoted by agency shall include all taxes. |
