| 1 | Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of Lifts (04 Nos) by OEM or authorised partner of OEM [Make: KONE Elevator India Pvt Limited] of 8 passengers (544 Kg)/500 Kg goods lifts - O4 Nos (details mentioned as under) each with travelling speed of 1.0/1.5 metre/sec installed at 21 Corps Main Building under GE Dronachal, having SS car enclosure, microprocessor controlled with VVF drive, simplex dual controlled operation, with/without attendant, automatic sliding SS doors, automatic rescue device including maintenance free battery, 3D infrared sensor to the full height of door, built in announcing system, in reliable, safe, technical sound and efficient manner using latest techniques by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipments, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governor/jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/?xtures deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, etc including replacement of all defective parts other than those, mentioned in (Schedule A) BoQ item No. 2.00 i.e. wires, lugs, nut bolts, screws, hand rails, light luminaries. ventilating fan, holder, control wires, COP unserviceable buttons, switches, thimbles, lubricant, gear oil, air cord. landing wheel air, cord wheel, rubber bush, rail guide shoe, all types of control panel & all type of their cards and software i.e., Air commutation card, TTU card, computer card, hardware card, PCB, etc including welding, cutting, drilling etc as and when required complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: - (a) 8 Passengers/544 Kg. 1.5 m/s, G+3 Floors - 1 No. (1 No. lift with machine room, MES No 676/7009/LF-13, Kone Elevators Sr. No 103890818) (b) 8 Passengers/544 Kg, 1.5 m/s. G+4 Floors - 2 Nos. | 2 | NOTE: - (a) The work under this contract shall be carried out through OEM of the lifts or their authorised agents complete all as described in Sch, special conditions, particular specification, MES SSR and as directed by GE / Engineer-in-charge. (b) The Contractor shall enter into a MOU with the OEM for the maintenance of lift. The MOU for the post warranty/ post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall also be submitted prior to the commencement of work. (c) The cost of all replaced defective parts and spares, other than mentioned is deemed to be included in quoted unit rates and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account. (d) The comprehensive/preventive/periodical maintenance includes weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly inspection testing as per service manual or as given in PS. The inspection/ test report will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge before payment of RAR. (e) The complete records of replaced spare parts, other than mentionedwill be maintained and will be produced to Engineer-in-Charge on monthly basis or as and when asked to produce the same. (f) The AMC shall become in force immediately after issue of work order No 01. The lifts will be handed over to contractor in as and when condition and cost of all kind of repair/replacement of item to make it fully functional other than mentionedis deemed to be included in quoted unit rate and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account. (g) If the contractorfails to carry out minor repair / replacement and to keep the lift in running condition within 04 hrs., the contractor shall pay penalty charges as under: (i) Upto 12 hours - ?200.00 (ii) Above 12 hours and upto 24 hours - ?300.00 (iii) Above 24 hours - ?500.00 per day The decision of GE in these regards shall be final, conclusive and binding. (h) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job and nothing extra will be paid to the contractor on this account. (j) The contractor shall display the OEM/authorised agents of OEM mobile/contact no in each lift car & at lift lobby and update from time to time. |

| 13 | Surveying, estimating, repairing, testing and commissioning to the existing EOT crane of 2 Ton capacity, double girder box type (Make Cranex Ltd., Manufacturer Serial No. 201131, MES No.: -676/7012/CN-12) installed at new EME workshop including providing/ replacing/ repairing of missing or unserviceable parts, tightening of loose fasteners/bolts etc,checking for oil leakage, topping of oil in gear boxes, EHT thrusters, lubrication of crane/ wire ropes/ LT/ CT wheel bearings, wheel shafts, couplings, gears etc., checking of LT/CT/hoist motions, bearings, brakes, wire ropes etc. including making arrangement for carrying out load test of crane with 10% overload complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (a) Testing of crane shall be carried out in presence of the rep deputed by the Accepting Officer. (b) The contractor shall visit the site with OEM or their representative for surveying, estimating the missing or unserviceable partsand assessing the requirement for providing/ replacing/ repairing to make the crane functional. (c) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all these aspects. |
