Providing lifting, hoisting and laying reinforced cement concrete (batching plant mix) to all type of concreting work to base of columns and footing, columns, as directed with 20 mm and downgraded size black hard crusher broken chips of approved quality from approved quarry including compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth (if required providing plaster with cement mortar (1:4) wherever necessary without any extra cost) scaffolding, including, watering and curing the required period, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, sundries, tools and plants, etc upto floor five level, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials and labour. M-30 Grade Concrete 2. Providing, laying <(>&<)> binding of M.S. round / deformed / tor steel reinforcement bars of required diameters for straightening, cutting to size, bending, and binding the grills, lifting and placing in position at all heights <(>&<)> locations as per design complete including cost of bars, cost of binding wires 22 gauge, labor, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants upto floor five level, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
