Vendor should have a valid NABL accreditation, MoEF and SPCB authorized laboratory (Certification to be provided to AMNS officials) 2. Vendor should have ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification. (Certification to be provided to AMNS officials) 3. Monitoring schedule to be prepared and submitted on the first day of every month separately for Pellet Plant <(>&<)> CPP after discussing with AMNS Environment officials. 4. Collection of environmental samples should be carried at identified locations as per the monitoring schedule. 5. Testing and analysis of samples should be carried in laboratory on the same day of sample collection. 6. Vendor will use their own Equipment for sampling and analysis of samples. 7. Vendor will use their own vehicle for equipment shifting and sampling from different monitoring locations. 8. Equipment need to be calibrated within the desired time (Calibration report of field sampling equipment to be submitted timely and any other as per the requirement of AMNS) 9. Vendor will analysis the collected sample in his own NABL accredited Laboratory. 10. Three copies of reports to be prepared and submitted to AMNS Environment Dept. on 1st day of every month, so that this can be su bmitted in SPCB by 3rd day of each month. 11. Data sheet to be filled up in site and filled data sheet to be endorsed by AMNS official and copy to be submitted to AMNS. 12. One Summarized report on half yearly basis (April to September and October to March) to be submitted to AMNS Environment Dept in the month of October and April respectively.. 13. Competent manpower well-versed with sampling to be engaged. Manpower engaged should be healthy and fit for work and pre-employment health check up report in Form-31 to be provided during preparation of gate pass. 14. Monitoring equipment in good working condition with valid calibration record to be engaged in the site. Any faulty equipment obs erved to be replaced immediate on notice. 15. Monitoring team need to be present at the time of SPCB visit/during any external audit. 16. All the safety precautions has be taken at plant site. Ensure occupational safety of all employees involved in monitoring work by providing appropriate and adequate personal protective equipment. 17. Strictly follow the work permit system implemented by AMNS. 18. All the safety PPEs will be provided by AMNS.
